Safe Plan for Resuming In-Person Classes

In order to keep everyone safe, and minimize the number of people in our space, we will be implementing the following rules:

  • Smaller class sizes.

  • We will have a drop off only policy for all dancers except our Tiny Tots and Minis. We ask that parents of Tiny Tots and Minis walk their child to the front door for check-in.

  • Dancers will be met curbside by a staff member and have their temperature taken with a no-touch thermometer before they are welcomed into the studio.

  • If your child is coughing, sneezing, or has a runny nose, we will not be able to have them join us for in person class. Please keep your dancers at home if they are feeling sick. They may participate in class virtually if they are feeling up to it.

  • Dancers should bring their own water bottles into class with them. Make sure it's properly labeled!

  • Dancers can wear masks or facial coverings (this is the decision of students family) and will wash/sanitize their hands upon entering the studio.

  • While maintaining a safe distance from other students, dancers will change into their dance shoes and report directly to their classroom, where their instructor will assign them a spot for their class (our studios will have safe distance spots clearly marked on the floor for each dancer).

  • Dancers should use the restroom before coming to the studio, but if they do need to use the facilities, only one person at a time will be permitted.

  • All classes will be dismissed on time and or 5 minutes early in order to allow time for an orderly dismissal, and cleaning of any equipment (barres, props, etc.).

  • Dancers will exit through the front door and wait for their parents to pick them up. There will be a staff member present to supervise.

In addition, we are taking the following precautions with our employees:

  • All staff will have their temperature taken before entering the building.

  • All instructors will wash hands upon arrival and between classes.

  • All staff are required to have a face mask.

  • Staff will sanitize and disinfect shared services frequently

In order to keep contact to a minimum, we will be using autopay through our parent portal. You can also call the studio phone and we can help you get it set up. If you do not wish to store credit card info, please be sure to make all payments prior to your child’s classes. Our front desk staff will be available to answer phone calls from 5-7pm Monday through Thursday  (405-430-9689), and will be answering emails as they are received. We are carefully monitoring the situation, and will only open when it is deemed safe by the authorities. Our most important objective is to make sure we conduct business in a safe environment.

If you have specific questions or concerns, please reach out!

We look forward to seeing you soon!
